What started as a small family kitchen in Italy has grown into River Ridge's favorite spot for authentic pizza.
At Rotolo's, we don't cut corners. Our dough is made fresh every single morning, allowed to rise slowly for that perfect texture—crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside. We import our San Marzano tomatoes directly from Italy and source our mozzarella from the finest local dairies.
But the real secret? Our stone-fired oven. It reaches blistering temperatures that cook a pizza in minutes, locking in the flavors and creating that signature char that true pizza lovers crave.
